Job Summary

The Workshop Supervisor will report directly to the Field Operations Manager. Apply now to join a growing team of environmental enthusiasts.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Must have practical experience in a busy mechanical workshop, working on Toyota Land cruisers, Isuzu trucks, Massey Ferguson Tractors, Caterpillar grader/ TLB and motorcycles.
  • Exhibit Leadership skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong personal integrity and dependability.
  • Ability to be organized, flexible, self-motivated and work effectively with minimum supervision.
  • Must have knowledge in Auto-electrics.
  • Ability to work long hours in very remote and physically demanding circumstances

Educational Qualifications, Experience, & Skills Required

  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 5 years’ experience
  • Diploma in Motor Vehicle Engineering. (City and Guilds Certification)
  • Grade 1 Trade Test in Motor Vehicle with 10 years’ experience.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
