Sales and Marketing Representative (x2)
Job Description
Mami Foods is seeking self-motivated, energetic, and reliable individuals to promote and sell its full range of products, including juices, dried fruits, herbal teas, jams, spices, and condiments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Promote and sell Mami Foods products to individuals, offices, shops, restaurants, and other establishments in New Naperi and surrounding areas.
- Find new customers, follow up on enquiries, and build repeat business.
- Run the juice bar at Spendrite during the week, serve customers, and actively drive sales.
- Secure bookings for weddings, bridal showers, corporate functions, and other events.
- Help promote and run weekend events at Spendrite by setting up product displays and juice bars, selling products, and serving customers.
- Maintain hygiene, account for stock and cash, and submit accurate daily sales records.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Blantyre-based applicants who can travel reliably to New Naperi.
- Self-motivated individuals who take initiative and generate sales with minimal supervision.
- Confident, friendly, and persuasive communicators with good customer service skills.
- Honest, presentable, and dependable individuals available for weekday and weekend work as scheduled.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, retail, hospitality, or events will be an advantage.
PAYMENT TERMS
This is a commission-based opportunity with no fixed monthly salary.
- Product and juice bar sales: Commission based on sales achieved.
- Working at events: An agreed flat fee for each event worked.
- Commission rates, event fees, and payment terms will be explained and agreed upon before engagement.
