Key Responsibilities
- Manage and implement Occupational health programmes.
- Conduct employee examinations and medical fitness-for-work assessments.
- Monitor occupational health risks, workplace illnesses and accidents.
- Lead health promotion and disease-prevention initiatives.
- Supervise contracted healthcare services and clinics.
- Analyse health data and prepare occupational health reports.
Qualifications and Experiences
- Degree in Medicine with an active professional lisence.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Medical Doctor.
- Occupational Health/Occupational Medicine training or experience is an added advantage.
- Experience in industrial, mining, logistics or high-risk environments is an advantage.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
- Professional proficiency in English; Portuguese is an advantage.
