Job Summary
The Laundry Manager will oversee staff work suit and hygiene-standards in the organization, ensure clean and disinfected laundry for all staff. We are seeking a highly organized and handson Laundry Manager to oversee all laundry operations, ensuring efficiency, quality control, and adherence to hygiene standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining equipment, and delivering consistent, high-quality laundry services.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage daily laundry operations, including washing, drying, and pressing
- Supervise and train laundry staff to ensure productivity and quality standards
- Monitor inventory of detergents, chemicals, and linen
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of laundry equipment
- Implement and enforce hygiene, safety, and quality control procedures
- Handle scheduling, workload distribution, and performance management
- Maintain accurate records and reports of laundry operations
Minimum Qualifications Required
- Proven experience in laundry operations or a similar supervisory role
- Degree in Hygiene and Sanitation.
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of laundry equipment and chemical handling
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills
