Job Summary

Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure that all dishes are cooked well and presented in an aesthetically pleasing way
- Develop new recipes and menus
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment
- Help manage daily food prep, supplies and minimize waste.
- Understand preferences and dietary needs.
- Work with the team to maintain quality, speed, and timely preparation.
- Manage inventory and cost control
- Administrative work.
- Any other duties assigned.
Minimum Qualifications Required
- JCE Certificate or its equivalent those with MSCE and Certificates will have added advantage
- 2yrs above experience in a commercial kitchen
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
