Job Summary
Milanzi Interiors is seeking a highly creative and technically grounded Spatial Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate will have a background in Architecture or a related Built Environment field and a strong interest in interior environments.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop space planning layouts
- Produce 3D, 2D and detailed technical drawings
- Assist in concept development and presentations
- Conduct site measurements and inspections
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers
- Support BOQ preparation with QS
Educational Qualifications, Experience, & Skills Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related Built Environment field
- 1–4 years relevant experience (graduates with strong portfolios may apply)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit and rendering software
- Strong spatial planning and detailing ability
- Understanding of construction documentation
