Job Summary
Earn Mwachangu is looking for a highly driven, outgoing, and results-oriented Sales Associate to lead our employer partnerships and drive business growth. This role is for someone who thrives on closing deals, building relationships, and hitting ambitious targets to report to Business Development Manager.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential employer partners
- Pitch Earn Mwachangu services and close deals
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of clients
- Maintain relationships with existing partners
- Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships
- Represent the company professionally in all engagements
Minimum Qualifications Required
- A natural go-getter who is confident approaching businesses and decision-makers
- Strong ability to generate leads and convert them into paying clients
- Comfortable working independently and making decisions on the ground
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Strong relationship builder who can maintain long-term partnerships
- Energetic, persuasive, and highly motivated
