Earn Mwachangu is looking for energetic and ambitious Sales Assistants to support our sales team in driving employer partnerships and expanding our client base. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales, people, and growth. He or She will report to the Sales Associate. Sales Assistant open role.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Support lead generation and outreach efforts
- Engage potential clients and introduce company services
- Assist in closing deals and onboarding clients
- Maintain communication with customers
- Support the sales team in achieving targets

- Eager to learn and grow in sales
- Comfortable approaching clients and starting conversations
