Job Summary

The 3D Visualizer will be responsible for producing high-quality photorealistic renders and visual presentations that communicate design intent clearly to clients.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Create 3D models from CAD drawings
• Produce realistic renders and walkthroughs
• Adjust designs based on client feedback
• Maintain digital material library

Minimum Qualifications Required

• Strong portfolio of 3D renders
• Proficiency in SketchUp + Lumion / 3ds Max / V-Ray / Enscape
• Strong understanding of lighting, materials, and composition
• Interior project visualization experience preferred
