Job Description
Job Summary
The Finance Director will provide strategic financial leadership, ensuring prudent utilization of resources, robust internal controls, and full compliance with corporate and government financial regulations.
Educational Qualifications, Experience, & Skills Required
- Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A full professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, or ACA) is mandatory.
- At least five (5) years of relevant post-qualification experience at a senior management level.
- Deep knowledge of public financial management frameworks.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to multitask and meet strict reporting deadlines.
- Leadership capabilities, including coaching and developing finance teams.
- Mature, confident communicator with excellent negotiation skills.
