Job Summary

The Technical Delivery Manager is responsible for ensuring technical projects are delivered smoothly, predictably, and to a high standard. This role focuses primarily on internal delivery. You will run sprint cycles, maintain a clear backlog in ClickUp, coordinate QA and UAT, and ensure developers have everything they need to deliver work efficiently. The Technical Project Manager will not directly manage client relationships but will work closely with Account Managers. You will join key calls where technical clarity or delivery planning is required.

A key part of the role is ensuring the development team can deliver work predictably by maintaining a well-structured backlog, running effective sprint cycles, and removing delivery blockers.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Project Delivery
    • Manage multiple web and CRM implementation projects from scope through to launch
    • Translate scope into clear tasks and user stories in ClickUp
    • Monitor timelines, budgets, and risks across projects
    • Identify delivery issues early and escalate where needed
  • Sprint Management
    • Run Agile sprint cycles for the development team
    • Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
    • Maintain a clear and prioritized backlog
    • Ensure sprint commitments are realistic and delivered
  • Quality Assurance
    • Coordinate internal QA and testing plans
    • Manage the UAT process with Account Managers and clients
    • Track bugs and ensure fixes are prioritized appropriately
  • ClickUp & Delivery Operations
    • Maintain the project management structure used by the team
    • Ensure tasks, dependencies, and timelines are clear and accurate
    • Improve delivery workflows and templates over time
  • Technical Collaboration
    • Work closely with developers and technical leads to clarify requirements
    • Document technical details for integrations and CRM implementations
    • Support planning for integrations and automation work
  • Team Leadership
    • Manage and mentor a Junior Project Coordinator
    • Review their work and support their development in project delivery
    • Delegate appropriate project administration tasks

Minimum Qualifications Required

  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Experience working with Agile or sprint-based delivery
  • Experience using ClickUp or similar project management tools
  • Experience managing technical or web development projects
  • Experience delivering HubSpot CMS or CRM projects
  • Familiarity with integrations, APIs, or automation tools
